To support our growing client list, we are currently sourcing an experienced, dedicated and professional leader to join our Landscape Construction Team as one of our Landscape Construction Foreman! The Landscape Construction Foreman plays a crucial role in supporting the Construction Production Manager in Crew Member development/training and job completion efficiency as well as overseeing and directly supporting plantings/stonework projects. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage landscape construction crews while directly providing support
  • Manage the execution, planning of labor, equipment/materials and timing to ensure completion of landscape construction projects within deadline and budget allowance
  • Works closely in conjunction with Landscape Construction Production Manager
  • Produce accurate and timely paperwork along with completing construction projects according to the estimate bid
  • Exhibit professionalism on and off job site
  • Train and foster development of Landscape Construction Crew Members
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
  • Drive a truck with a trailer safely
  • Proper use of equipment, machinery and materials safely
  • Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
  • Support in snow removal operations seasonally
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the landscape/landscape construction industry
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates the ability to read and interpret project blueprints and plans
  • Experience in supervising/leading a team
  • Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing (REQUIRED) 
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $25-$35 per hour. Overtime is regularly available

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • Weekends as needed during peak season
License and Experience Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Hoisting License (not required but a plus!)
  • CDL (not required but a plus!)
  • US work authorization (required)
