A Landscape Construction Crew Member performs the role of making a client’s landscape vision come to life by installing stonework, shrubs, patios and more! Responsibilities

·Primarily assist in the installation of various landscape construction projects (softscapes, hardscapes, masonry)

·Assist with landscape maintenance projects (mowing, edging, blowing leaves and debris, pruning shrubs and trees, weed and pest control, and mulching etc.) when needed

·Prepare, load, and unload trucks for the day's tasks.

·Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and other equipment.

·Operate equipment safely, using all necessary personal protection gear and safety practices.

·Maintain courteousness and professionalism on and off the job site

·Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required.

·Drive a truck with a trailer safely (for driving eligible candidates)

·Support in snow removal operations seasonally

·At least 1 year of experience in landscape construction. Willing to train the right individual(s)

·Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscape equipment and materials

·Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

·Positive attitude and willingness to learn
