About Us

Latham Centers, Inc., one of the largest human service employers on Cape Cod, is a leader in special education and residential therapeutic treatment for children and adults with complex special needs. Latham is internationally renowned for our success working with children and adults with Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare and life-threatening genetic disorder with no known cure. Founded in 1970, Latham currently employs more than 260 people. Locations include our Brewster campus (Latham School), as well as group residences and supported community living environments throughout Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts.
