JOB TITLE:                        Exhibitor Services Inside Sales Representative

DEPARTMENT:                Sales

REPORTS TO:                   Manager, Sales & Exhibitor Services

Job Summary
Responsible for answering incoming Lead Retrieval telephone calls, emails and web-based chats for the Exhibitor Services.  Responsible for outbound sales calls and upselling.  Input data accurately into the computer by using show-specific information.

Essential Functions
  1. Answer incoming Lead Retrieval phone line promptly, courteously and correctly and process Sales orders
  2. Respond to Exhibitor Services sales email box to process new Sales orders and follow up with Exhibitors.Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  3. Provide daily support for online Chat by responding to inquiries.
  4. Responds to emails and web chats accurately, professionally and within department standards.
  5. Remains current on changes in show information, pricing, procedures and product offerings.
  6. Performs outbound calls to upsell Exhibitors who have already ordered in addition to calling exhibitors that have not ordered yet.
  7. Strategize with ESAMS to target exhibitors within specific events to increase sales and exhibitor penetration.
  8. Update weekly activity reporting to Management.
  9. Works as a team player and communicate effectively with other departments within the organization.
  10. Performs additional duties and projects as assigned by the Sales Manager.
    Required Skills
    Ability to multi-task using multiple computer screens, databases and web pages while engaging with Exhibitors.  Individual must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.  Must be able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. Individual must have a pleasant telephone voice and manner.  Must be detail oriented, comfortable with high call volumes, with daily and weekly deadlines.  Must have experience with outbound targeted sales calls.  Must have proven track record of selling and hitting sales goals/quotas.  Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least two years experience in a sales environment.
