Provide support to the individual in managing monthly financial needs, medical appointments, shopping and other personal needs. Coordinate and complete required DDS documentation in support of the individuals ISP. $18.64 per hour.
The ideal candidate for this position has relevant experience in the field. Has the ability to de-escalate individuals in crisis safely, with compassion. Current driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport individuals, mileage reimbursement will apply as appropriate.
