In partnership with residential management, implements a comprehensive system of highly personalized residential supports which create a safe and therapeutic environment for program participants Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years prior experience including 3 years residential management and staff management experience and 3 years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, brain injuries or other unique challenges.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance. Prior supervisory experience required. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required.
