Payroll and Benefits Specialist - Hyannis

Full Time 

The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will manage the payroll and benefit administration processes for all staff and program participants. Will compile and record employee time and payroll data on a weekly basis, as well as compute and post wages and deductions, or prepare paychecks.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 4 years prior experience in payroll and benefits administration including payroll data reporting and analytics.ADP Workforce Now experience preferred, experience with ADP software required.Strong knowledge of all federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, and DOL/FLSA requirements.Expert knowledge of word processing, Excel, and HRIS software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
