Job Description
As the Director of Development and Marketing at Community Connections, you can make a real impact on the daily lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Create and oversee the implementation of CCI’s strategic fundraising plan, which includes grant applications, donor development, major gifts and fundraising campaigns. Build and manage CCI’s brand and all aspects of marketing communications, to raise awareness of the agency and its programs and services. This position works closely with the Board of Directors and Senior Management Executive Team. This could be the job for you, if you have at least five years of experience, with a demonstrated track record of building a loyal donor base and successfully securing grants from a variety of sources; marketing experience that includes responsibility for event management, social media oversight, email marketing, and website development/management; strong organizational and relationship building skills; and project management experience, preferably with a non profit in the disability field. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
