The Marketing Project Manager’s main role is assisting the Marketing Team in executing various projects & campaigns throughout the year. These include, but are not limited to,  programs such as direct mail campaigns, social media and influencer management, grassroots support, referral partners, and other community-based programs. 

As a Marketing Project Manager at Del Mar you will:

• Measure & report on campaign successes across all platforms
• Own the onboarding of new homes into our portfolio, ensuring that all listings have beautiful interior/exterior/and area photos, that listings are accurate and describe the overall experience guests will have in the home
• Create and execute against a comprehensive social media plan
• Create unique content for social media??
• Build and manage influencer partnerships
• Own our Guest Choice Program by building strong relationships with businesses in our community. This program supports other small businesses, provides recommendations of the best places to go for guests, and supports the Live + Work Cape Cod Foundation
• Maintain the Marketing google drive, website updates, and other marketing administration??
• Create a calendar of community events that we will engage with or sponsor--ensuring there is a creative win-win for all Del Mar sponsored events (maximizing Del Mar's exposure to potential homeowners, guests, and employees)
• Explore each home’s peculiarities and locales in order to write enticing and insightful property descriptions
• Collect details about each home’s setup (bed arrangement, A/C type, etc.)

The right applicant will be a team player who demonstrates excellent Photography skills, has Public Relations experience, is a natural relationship builder, loves problem solving, has excellent decision making skills, as well as an extreme degree of accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and creativity!

Important Skills

• Strong Project Management - Coordinate execution by internal team and vendors to maximize the efficiency & ROI on marketing campaigns / projects.
• Ability to seamlessly manage & prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Technologically Savvy- Experience and proficiency in working with multiple technology platforms, such as Hubspot CRM, Asana, Canva, InDesign, and the GoogleSuite.  
• Ability & willingness to learn new platforms as needed.
• Social Media - Understand how an audience interacts with social media and what opportunities there are to create awareness and engagement.  
• Writing and Content Creation - Assist in developing brand content for all marketing channels.

Qualifications and Background 

• Associates degree required, preferably in marketing or communications
• 1+ year of marketing experience
• Strong technology skills
• Public Relations experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Photography and or photo editing skills
• Hubspot experience is a huge plus!
• Drone Photography experience is a huge plus!
• Knowledge of the Cape Cod area and community
• Very strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
