Rogers & Gray Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking candidates for full time commercial insurance bond producer. Position is structured to offer a consultative, relationship building sales approach to businesses. Ideal candidate will have experience in surety bonding and construction accounts, and prior success networking and selling in a competitive market . We are looking for people that know the bond market, can prospect, qualify, present, and close. You will need to be highly motivated and able to work independently.
