Training & Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced training professional who will bring their enthusiasm for learning to develop employees across the organization.  Your focus will be designing and facilitating innovative and effective learning solutions that create a consistent, engaging employee experience from onboarding to succession planning. 

The Training and Development Manager partners closely with leadership and team members bank-wide to identify and evaluate training opportunities, develop impactful learning strategies and implement programs aligned with organizational strategy.  The T&D Manager partners with team leaders and third parties to ensure a high quality learning experience and administers the Bank’s Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will measure and analyze the impact and effectiveness of various training initiatives to ensure successful program outcomes, and continuously seek ways to improve. 

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, curriculum and instruction, educational psychology, human resources, organizational management, or a related field.  Five or more years of corporate training, teaching or related Human Resources experience; and expertise in adult learning principles.  Experience designing programs using multiple modalities (e.g., ILT, eLearning, video, job aids, etc.) and proficiency with Microsoft Office.  Outstanding and motivational presentation skills and ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with internal partners and external vendors is essential.  Position requires ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focus.
