Job Description
Duffy Health Center is seeking a reliable and flexible Human Resources Manager to join our mission-driven team. The Human Resources Manager supports all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including the recruitment and onboarding process, employee compensation and benefits, employee relations and employee training, and credentialing.  
The role includes talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, labor relations and completing personnel transactions.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Two or more years’ experience in Human Resources required; three or more years preferred. Duffy Health Center is a fast-paced environment and works with those at risk of homelessness.
