We are seeking positive, upbeat, and passionate personality who view guest service as a viable and rewarding career. Hotel front office and/or management experience preferred and RoomMaster knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to leading and supervising the front office associates; as well as addressing and resolving guest issues.  Our Night Manager acts as Manager on Duty, ensuring operations run smoothly each night and that the standards and communications between departments are running efficiently. They must ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied. Our Manager on duty is responsible for  providing prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information in the evening as well.

Schedule: Shift begins at 3pm -11pm, Weekends may be later on some occasions
