Community Support Associates, Inc. (www.csacapecod.com) is currently seeking team oriented, dependable staff for PART TIME, FULL TIME and/or relief hours working in our residences with adults with traumatic brain injuries and other disabilities. We believe that good quality, professional staff are the foundation of our program. PCA/HHA/CNA experience or willingness to learn is necessary as some personal care support and coaching is required. This position involves all aspects of enriching the quality of life for each resident we serve. 

We pay competitive wages for human service work including a $3 weekend differential during the hours of 8am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday, and generous paid off time including the option to cash in any unused time.
