Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! 
20 hours per week
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Provide primary phone coverage.
  • Maintains updated client contact information on all systems.
  • Provide a wide range of administrative and organizational support services as part of a team.
  • Maintaining and ordering of supplies.
