  • Provide exemplary customer services to guests; maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and demonstrate the highest levels of service professionalism.

  • A potential guest who engages with a highly capable service professional is highly likely to become a booked guest.  Our Customer Service Coordinators are the ambassadors who are central to our ability to meet our bookings goals.

  • Contribute to delivery of services that results in high levels of guest satisfaction; Del Mar Vacations is highly committed to providing 5-star experiences that are reflected in positive guest reviews, return visits, and positive word of mouth.

  • The primary beneficiary of the services we provide are the homeowners who entrust us to provide hospitality services to guests in their homes.  We know we are doing our job well when our homeowners are confident in the care and attention we take in managing their homes and serving their guests.



  • Oriented to provide highly capable customer service to guests and potential guests seeking accommodations and hospitality service.

  • Excellent communication skills: (i) in live conversation, able to work over the phone in  a friendly, patient, and capable manner; (ii) over text and email, clear writing skills that are appropriate and effective to the needs of the guest.

  • Flexibility in performing new tasks as needed and assigned, able to adjust as needed to accommodate shifting priorities, knowing that this is expected/intended and ultimately oriented to benefitting guests.

  • Ability to navigate and switch between a variety of technological platforms to make reservations, log maintenance requests, track reservations data, and run various reports.

  • Operate and perform tasks with a sense of urgency  in a high paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

Job Details 

  • Full Time/Year-Round 

    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.  We have a strong team of Customer Service Coordinators who are always willing to support one another when coverage needs arise, and we are looking for another team player.

    • Must be able to work weekends in the summer and provide occasional weekend coverage in the shoulder and off seasons.

    • Must be able to work occasional night shifts and regularly on holidays

  • Salaried Compensation (commensurate with skill and experience)
