Job Description

The Customer Service and Reservations Admin will aid in reservations for our portfolio of 175+ homes, as well as be responsible for customer service calls and coordinating the resolution of guest and home issues. This position will work with and support the reservations and customer service teams in getting our homes booked and providing a high level of support to our guests, including responding to inquiries, booking reservations, answering phone calls, following up with leads, supporting current guests by helping to solve any issues that may arise, and working on strategic projects in pursuit of company goals. Furthermore, the right applicant will have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills and be able to work cohesively in a team environment. Strong management and leadership skills are a major plus, as is experience with photography and photo editing. Responsibilities and Duties Using a variety of different computer programs Reservations Answering the phone, emails, utilizing our reservation system to book vacation homes for inquiring guests. Customer Service: Resolving issues for challenging customers, answering the phone, having a polite and professional demeanor, listening and showing empathy, documenting issues that are reported and ensuring the right team resource is allocated to address the issue, and answering guest inquiries with five-star customer service. Additionally, you will have one of the two below skill sets Project Management: assisting in the staging and setup of homes to include identifying and buying decor, arranging for final setup prior to photography. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), either or both a plus! Any Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications a plus Photography (if applicable): Photographing the interior and exterior of homes using a high-end digital SLR camera and drone, thereafter editing photos using Photoshop and Lightroom to professional quality. A sound understanding a functional skill set to create high dynamic and HDR editing for interior photography that enables window ?view throughs?.
