Construction project manager/salesman is responsible for achieving annual sales goals set by company leadership, nurture and develop relationships with clients, architects and engineers, have total single-source responsibility for project team success from inception to completion, and deliver the highest quality product achievable while maintaining strict adherence to budget parameters set forth by the client. Territory is all over Cape Cod. Project manager must be able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and will be evaluated based upon the volume of sales they derive and the performance of the projects they oversee. Must be able to prepare customer billings, cost reports, project estimates, budgets, and contracts. Must be able to manage employees and assist in staff development.
