Customer Assistance Representative - Call Center

The Customer Assistance Representative is dedicated to making each banking experience exceptional for our customers by providing personalized service via telephone and email. Located in our Headquarters in Hyannis, responsibilities include answering online banking and debit card questions for customers and providing related support to retail branch team members.

Requirements: Associate’s degree (preferred), previous retail banking and call center experience (preferred). Candidates must have strong technical skills with knowledge of online and mobile banking technologies with an aptitude to resolve common browser issues, and the ability to adeptly navigate multiple system applications. Superb customer service and communication skills are essential in order to interact brilliantly with customers over the telephone and via email. Part-time or Full-time opportunities that include the requirement to be able to work Thursday and Fridays until 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays until 2:00 p.m.
