Job Description
One of the region’s premier landscape companies is searching for an Administrator to support their irrigation field team, interfacing with customers and vendors. This is a full-time year-round position with excellent benefits.
  • Maintain accurate database for clients and vendors.
  • Generate customer contracts & estimates.
  • Customer scheduling with outbound calls and fielding incoming calls/inquiries.
  • Create daily work orders for field personnel.
  • Daily recording of production & customer pricing / billing.
  • Create and invoice customers upon completion of work.
  • Administer company purchase orders.
  • Enter vendor invoices and make payments, as directed.
  • Maintain accurate filing of customer billing and vendor invoices.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports, as needed.
  • Interface with customers and vendors regarding billing and payments, etc.
  • Act as liaison with landscaping contractor for scheduling, work performed and billing.
  • Manage “special projects”, as assigned.
  • Assist office staff with various assignments, as needed.
  • Good typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math equations & formulas.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, and ability to interface effectively with staff, managers and the public.
  • Ability to make decisions on your own, but also know when additional assistance is needed, and to ask for it.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet timelines; well organized.
  • Knowledge of landscape & irrigation industry & terminology is a plus.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks and Hindsite software a plus.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel.
  • Demonstrate good character and leadership skills.
