Accounts Receivable/Payables Manager

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for all activities in the accounts payable/receivable function.
  • Manage accounts receivables collections and ensure all accounts are collected and cash is applied in a timely manner.
  • Prepare aging and other monthly reports making sure that the reports are accurate.
  • Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain vendor files and prepare 1099’s annually.
  • Assists auditors for the purpose of providing support and documentation on internal processes for accounts payable and receivables.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Assist the department with additional projects as needed
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
  • A BA/BS degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft Office products.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
