Description
Join us for our 2-part Workshop on Wednesdays, March 20th and 27th. Conflict is all around us and often pushes us apart from each other. But when we use the right tools to engage in difficult conversations, conflict can become an opportunity for growth, build stronger relationships, and create positive change. In this hands-on, highly interactive workshop we will introduce practical skills that build trust and help others feel heard, respected and valued. You will learn the basics of Active Listening, Problem Solving, Listening Circles, and more, helping you to better understand conflict from opposing points of view. The course will be taught through the Nauset Adult & Community Education Program by a team of instructors from Cape Mediation, a leader in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management for over 30 years. Register, visit nausetschools.revtrak.net, click the Adult & Community Education button, then click Fitness and Health.
