Description
Thinking about being a part of CCYP's Second Summer Cycle Team? And/or are you interested in joining us for a training ride with Nové Yoga?
Join us on Wednesday, August 30th at 5:30 p.m. at Nové Yoga in West Dennis. Take an enjoyable 20 mile evening training ride together from Nove Yoga, to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and back again. Then, learn more about proper nutrition and hydration!
Plus, you can learn more about CCYP's Second Summer Cycle Team and perhaps consider joining us!
Bring your bikes, helmets, water, a snack, and bike shorts (if you have them).
