The Shape Your Cape Summit is BACK for its fifth year! That's right - we've been working to shape Cape Cod into a vibrant place to live and work for young professionals, year-round, for five years. This year, we're excited to continue facilitating forward-thinking conversation, interactive learning opportunities, and community connections at the ONLY conference created for - and by - the Cape's young workforce community.
Topics at this year's event will range from career development to civic engagement to work/life balance. The event is designed to further regional understanding and action around a variety of issues that impact the quality of life and career opportunities for young people living and working on Cape Cod.
