This new initiative provides an opportunity for the Cape’s up-and-coming women leaders to gain core leadership skills for professional growth and advancement in a highly interactive and collaborative setting. In addition to virtual and in-person participatory workshops led by professional coaches/facilitators, participants will learn key strategies for success from exceptional Cape women leaders at small group luncheons and an in-person Cape Women's Leadership Initiative capstone.
Part 1: Virtual Workshops
Each virtual workshop will be led by expert professional coaches. This "leadership boot camp" will focus on strategies for: building and leading highly effective teams, communicating with confidence, resolving conflict, and leading and sustaining success with optimism, resilience, and grit. The interactive sessions will include small group breakouts as well as full group activities.
